At eQualle Sandpaper, we want to ensure your sanding projects are a success; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for any unused and unopened abrasive products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly facilitate a refund or exchange to get you the right grit for your job.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and details about the specific sandpaper products you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused abrasive sheets or discs in their original packaging to prevent damage to the grit surfaces during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our central warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested replacement grit within 5-7 business days.
